1. General:
a. We respect the privacy of every Website User and we will treat your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, as amended from time to time (Ordinance). Our use of the term personal data has the meaning ascribed to it by the Ordinance.
b. To the extent that our operations are subject to privacy legislation other than that of Hong Kong, this Privacy Policy will be applied so far as practicable and consistent with that legislation.
c. By accessing this Website you agree to this Privacy Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Use.
2. Your personal data:
a. No personal data is required from you to access this Website. When you visit this Website we may collect information (such as your Internet Protocol address) which does not identify you personally but concerns your activity on the Website generally. We may use technology (such as cookies and web beacons) to tell us the number of people visiting the Website, the specific pages accessed, the number of repeat visitors and other aggregated, anonymous or statistical information about Website Users. This information helps us understand how Website Users use the Website, so that we can tailor the Website to suit their needs.
b. We only ask you for information which personally identifies you in the Contact Us facility. You agree that all such information provided by you should be true and accurate. c. We may share your personal data with our Representatives, each of which either has the same privacy policy as us or is required by us to protect your personal data in the same way as we do. We may also share your personal data with courts, law enforcement or other government agencies if required to do so by law. Otherwise, we will not share your personal data with any other party unless we have asked you for your consent and you have given us the consent. We will always ensure that you will have the option of giving or not giving your consent for this purpose.

a. You have the right to request access to your personal data held by us and to request correction of any of that personal data.
b. Where a Website User legitimately requests access to and/or correction of personal data held by us relating to him/her, we will provide and/or correct that personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any such request.
